A completed transaction means that you have approved our terms and conditions. You need to be at least 18 years old to shop from us. Prices shown are in SEK, including VAT, unless your user profile is set up as a business or if you reside outside the European Union. Discounts can't be combined with other discounts or special deals. You are always welcome to contact our customer service if there is something you are wondering about.

Secure payments

We offer secure payments through well-known partners. Credit card payment is available to all customers, and customers in Sweden can also choose Klarna and Swish. In case those payments are not available you can pay in advance.

Credit card. Easy and secure transactions are provided by NETS. You enter your card and billing details and verify your purchase.

Klarna (Sweden only). Klarna is becoming the leading payment service online, and we are happy to offer their services to you as a customer. Find information on how it works and what the conditions are here.

Swish (Sweden only). Pay quickly and safely with the Swish on your cell phone. Verify with your BankID.

Delivery

All orders are shipped quickly and safely, with trackable packages. You will receive an email notification once your package is shipped out. Where available, you can also track your shipment with the ”Mina paket” mobile app.

You can check and change the content in your shopping cart until it has been paid.
When you are ready to place the order and click “complete purchase” the order will automatically be transferred to us at VP Autoparts. After this, you can no longer change the content and it is neither possible to combine two separate orders into one.

Delivery time. Orders for regular inventory items are normally shipped out within 3 days. Average delivery times for non-inventory items are listed for each item individually. We will contact you if there is a situation where the expected delivery times can not be met.

Shipping charges. Domestic shipping charges start at 89 SEK, and international starts at 189 SEK. You will see the freight cost when checking out. In some cases, where parts ordered makes automatic freight calculation impossible, we will contact you after the order is placed.

Delivery methods. Our default carrier is Schenker, but we reserve the right to use a different carrier if needed. You can also choose to pick up your order at our warehouse after that you received an e-mail with a pick-up notification. Remember to bring proof of payment and your ID. Store pick-up is available during our regular opening hours. If you want to choose store pick-up you need to choose the delivery country Sweden first.

Please note that there might be customs or import fees from your local authorities. Any fees like this will be billed to you as the importer.

Minimum order value. Due to the Brexit new regulations forcing us to put a minimum order value for all shipments to the United Kingdom. The minimum order value is 2,000 SEK (excluding freight cost). 


Returns and complaints

Returns. If you wish to return something we are offering a refund 30 days from the day of delivery. In your package, you will find a return form and info on how to proceed. Please fill it out and include it with the package and ship it to the address listed below. You will pay for the shipping cost yourself.

The part(s) will have to be returned unused in the original box (if applicable) and if it is a set/kit we will only accept full sets/kits. A credit will be issued when the return is accepted. If the return form is missing we will not be able to handle the return at all. Non-stock items, custom-made parts, electronics as well as paint will not be refunded. Handling time for claims are between 2 to 4 weeks.

Damages in transit & complaints. If the package is damaged the shipping company should be notified immediately. You are obligated to inspect the parts without delay. If there are any issues with your delivery please contact our customer service right away. Any damage to the goods must be reported to us within 3 days. The damaged item will be replaced once the return has been received or in other ways confirmed. Extra expenditures in terms of shipping costs will be refunded too.

Refunds. Refunds are made within 10 working days at the latest after the return has been received and accepted if nothing else has been agreed upon. Please note that handling time for refunds are prolongued during June, July and August.

Warranty. We leave one (1) year warranty from the day of purchase when it comes to manufacturing problems. Warranties are only valid with normal use and not applicable on worn-out parts. We reserve the right to repair or change the actual parts.


Integrity and responsibilities

Personal information. We cherish your integrity and follow the laws (GDPR) concerning your personal information. We are only saving the information needed to fulfill the agreement with you as a customer. Read more about our privacy policy. Responsibilities. VP Autoparts is responsible for the contents of the webshop. We reserve the right for any incorrect typing and VP Autoparts has the right to change these afterward. If issues concern a placed order we will contact you and you will be given a chance to change it. We renounce all responsibility for parts from us used incorrectly.
