Returns and complaints

Returns. If you wish to return something we are offering refund 30 days from the day of delivery. In your package, you will find a return form and info on how to proceed. Please fill it out and include it with the package and ship it to the address listed below. You will pay for the shipping cost yourself.

The part(s) will have to be returned unused in the original box (if applicable) and if it is a set/kit we will only accept full sets/kits. A credit will be issued when the return is accepted. If the return form is missing we will not be able to handle the return at all. Non-stock items, custom manufactured parts, electronics as well as paint will not be refunded. We strive to handle your complaint within 14 days. During peak season and holiday period, the handling can take up to 30 days.

Damages in transit & complaints. If the package is damaged it should be notified to the shipping company immediately. You are obligated to inspect the parts without delay (within 3 days). If there are any issues with your delivery please contact our customer service right away. The damaged item will be replaced once the return has been received or in other ways been confirmed. Extra expenditures in terms of shipping costs will be refunded too.

Refunds. Refunds are made within 10 working days at the latest after the return has been received and accepted if nothing else has been agreed.

Warranty. We leave one (1) year warranty from the day of purchase when it comes to manufacturing problems. Warranties are only valid with normal use and not applicable on worn-out parts. We reserve the right to repair or change the actual parts.
